Our Promotional Information
Networks

Pharmafield Group provides dedicated networks of promotional information representatives targeting general practitioners, specialists, and hospital‑based physicians.

Through our ROD service, we offer customized networks according to client needs: exclusive, dedicated, shared, or managed on a vacancy basis.

We currently provide “pilot” networks (2 to 5 promotional information representatives), allowing clients to assess the effectiveness of highly targeted promotion campaigns aimed at specialists over a one‑year period.

Through strategic guidance on market entry and commercial policy, we propose distribution solutions in pharmacies or parapharmacies aligned with your objectives.

We build dedicated pharmaceutical sales representative networks in pharmacies based on precise data analysis to determine optimal sizing.

  • Define KPIs to measure MSL performance:
     - Analysis of activities and strategic contribution
     - Quality of reports and KOL management
     - Feedback and reporting tools
     - Mission follow‑up with the partner

Vacancy Networks

  • Direct collaboration with the partner on operational tasks
  • Vacancy manager involved in recruitment, accountable for staff
  • High‑quality managerial oversight: compliance, pharmacovigilance, promotional information charter, certification reference framework, and ongoing training
  • Use of management tools (CRM), reporting
  • Development of action plans aligned with partner objectives
  • Promotional effectiveness (medical or pharmacy)
  • Exclusive networks (Primary Care, Hospital, Mixed, MSL, Pharmacy / Parapharmacy)
