Road Show Drom‑Com
Organization of a comprehensive “Road Show” across all DROM‑COM territories (Caribbean, Réunion, Pacific).
This ROAD SHOW includes the following services:
• Advisory Support for Headquarters Teams (Sales, Marketing, Medical): Presentation of a detailed mapping of key centers (hospitals, clinics, services), accompanied by an exhaustive prioritized target list of HCPs to meet within the selected therapeutic area (prescribers and/or care pathway stakeholders).
• Target Selection: Identification of key stakeholders involved in the patient journey (those able to diagnose, manage, and ensure proper use), and scheduling of appointments for face‑to‑face visits and/or professional meetings and/or staff sessions
- Includes team meetings and exchanges between Reps – Area Managers – Headquarters.
• Road Show Agenda: Preparation of a preliminary weekly schedule of appointments.
• On‑Site Support: Laboratory representatives accompanied by a local manager.
• Logistics Management: Travel expenses, vehicle rental, accommodation, and catering.
The purpose of this Road Show is to engage with all healthcare professionals and stakeholders involved in the various patient pathways across the overseas territories
OUR COMMITMENTS:
• DOM PHARM will provide consulting and assistance throughout the delivery of these services.
• DOM PHARM guarantees compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, ethical standards, and codes of conduct.
OPERATIONS / MANAGEMENT:
Services are carried out by DOM PHARM under the operational coordination of the laboratory.
Local support is provided by a Regional Director on‑site.
Central management from headquarters in mainland France is ensured by the DOM PHARM leadership team.
THE “FRAMEWORK CONTRACT” SOLUTION:
This package includes all ROAD SHOW services plus ongoing support, consulting, and monitoring across the DROM‑COM regions (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, Pacific) for a full year:
• Regular Updates on healthcare stakeholders (diagnosis, management, proper use, patient follow‑up).
