Pharmafield Group provides networks of representatives dedicated to Promotional information (targeted general practitioners, specialists, hospital doctors). 

Through our ROD service, we offer tailored networks according to the client's needs: exclusive and dedicated, shared, or vacancy management. 

Today, through the ROD service, we offer "pilot" networks (from 2 to 5 promotional information representatives), allowing clients to obtain visibility on the effectiveness of hyper‑targeted promotion to specialist doctors over a period of one year.

  • Define KPIs allowing to measure the MSL's performance:
    • Analysis of their activity and strategic contribution
    • Analysis of the quality of reports and their "KOL Management"
    • Definition of feedback and reporting tools
    • Mission monitoring with the partner

  • Direct collaboration with the partner on operational matters
  • Vacancy manager involved in recruitment, responsible of team members
