- Working with the partner to define the functions and requirements for the MSL and the line of reporting.
- Drawing up an inventory of the expertise that the MSL should have.
- Defining the feedback and reporting tools desired and their periodicity.
- Defining the KPIs used to measure MSL performances:
- Analysis of their activity and their strategic contribution,
- Analysis of the quality of the reports and their "KOL Management",
- Defining feedback and reporting tools,
- Mission follow-up with the partner.
